Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney

Bradley & Riley is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters to join our thriving transactional practice. This position offers meaningful client interaction, hands-on deal experience, and the opportunity to work with clients across a broad range of industries.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, such as purchase agreements, operating agreements, and investment documents; conducting due diligence and representing buyers and sellers throughout all phases of M&A transactions; advising clients on corporate governance matters; and assisting with private securities offerings and compliance with federal and state securities laws.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients, boards of directors, and opposing counsel and will take on increasing responsibility as part of a collaborative transactional team.
