Quest International Monitor Service, Inc. v. Rockwell Collins, Inc., 142 S. Ct. 388 (Mem), 2021 WL 4733650, 211 L.Ed.2d 207 (2021); 845 Fed. App’x. 591 (Mem) (9th Cir. 2021); 8:19-cv-02471 (C.D. Cal. 2020), AAA Arbitration No. 01-18-0002-2945. Successfully represented Rockwell Collins against claims of breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and misappropriation of intellectual property. The three-judge arbitration panel ruled in favor of Rockwell Collins and awarded attorney’s fees. The District Court for the Central District of California granted Rockwell Collins’ Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award, confirming the arbitration panel’s award. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the District Court’s ruling. Supreme Court denied writ of certiorari.
