Bill focuses his practice on real estate law. He has been involved in commercial and real estate transactions representing developers, investors, and business owners in sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships, financings, property management, tax deferred exchanges, leasing, and development matters. His practice also includes business formations, acquisitions, sales and reorganizations, and general business, as well as estate planning and wealth transfer planning, including preparing wills, trusts, martial agreements, estate and trust administration, and closely-held business planning, including family limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Bill is the chair of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group.
