Natalie regularly advises clients in the area of employment law including on issues of employee discipline and wrongful termination, workplace investigations, wage and hour issues and discrimination and harassment complaints with the EEOC, Iowa Civil Rights Commission and local commissions. She also represents employers involved in litigation arising out these same issues.
