Attorney Janice J. Kerkove was named Board Chair of the Horizons Board of Directors at the beginning of the 2013/2014 fiscal year. Ms. Kerkove replaced Timothy Kitner, Bankers Trust President and CEO, as Chair and Tom Petersen, the Director of Communications for ITC Midwest, filled her prior position as Vice-Chair.
