Background
Jessica works with and counsels individuals, business owners and their families regarding estate planning matters and corporate matters. She helps with both prospective planning and administration matters. She practices in estate planning, trust and estate administration and business succession planning. She handles planning that involves considerations for federal estate tax planning matters and administration of both estates and trusts that involve estate tax considerations and filing requirements. Additionally, Jessica also works with corporate clients related to formation and corporate maintenance matters and items. She handles sale transactions and has assisted clients with asset and stock sales and purchases, ranging in value and including multi-million-dollar asset sales and purchases.
Jessica practices both in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City offices.
