Education and Experience: |
Kevin C. Papp
earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of
San Diego, magna cum laude, in 1995 and his law degree from
the University of Iowa College of Law, with distinction, in
1998. Prior to joining Bradley & Riley PC, Mr. Papp served
as a law clerk to the Honorable Louis A. Lavorato, Chief Justice
of the Iowa Supreme Court and to the Honorable Van D. Zimmer
of the Iowa Court of Appeals. Mr. Papp also served as a law
clerk to Jeffrey Axelrad, Section Chief, Section for Federal
Tort Claims Act Litigation, Civil Division, United States
Department of Justice, Washington D.C. |

Mr. Papp is licensed to practice in the Iowa State Courts,
the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern
Districts of Iowa, the United States Bankruptcy Courts
for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Papp is a member of the American Bar Association and its Litigation Section (Appellate Practice, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, and Commercial & Business Litigation Committees), the Iowa State Bar Association (Litigation and Commercial & Bankruptcy Sections) and the Linn County Bar Association, where he served on the Bench/Bar Relations Committee. Mr. Papp serves on the Iowa State Bar Association's Commercial & Bankruptcy Law Section Council, the E-Commerce Section Council and Law Technology Committee and is a member of the Dean Mason Ladd Inn of Court and the American Judicature Society. His professional publications include "Environmental Constitutional Protections, Human Rights, and the Eighth Draft of the Temporary Constitution for the Palestinian National Authority in the Transitional Period," 7 Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems 530 (1997). |
