Education and Experience:
Mr. Younker received his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University in 2001. He received his law degree from the University of Iowa in 2005, where he served as a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems and as a Research Assistant at the Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center.

Mr. Younker is licensed to practice in the Iowa State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.

Mr. Younker is a member of the American Bar Association (Sections on Business Law; Environment, Energy and Resources; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; and Litigation), the Iowa State Bar Association (Sections on Business Law; Corporate Counsel; Real Estate and Title Law; and Environmental and Natural Resources), and the Linn and Johnson County Bar Associations.

His professional publications include "Drafting Limited Liability Company Operating Agreements" and "The Use of Limited Liability Companies in Real Estate Transactions," published in LLCs: Advising Small Business Startups and Larger Companies in Iowa by Lorman Education Services (2006).

Of Mention:
In addition to his professional memberships, Mr. Younker grew up in Iowa City and has been active in the community. He currently serves on the Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce's Business Friendly Cities Task Force and the Iowa Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Board of Directors. Mr. Younker is a recent graduate of the Chamber's Community Leadership Program and has also been involved with St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
