Dean A. Spina
earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa
in 1975 and his law degree from the University of Iowa, with
high distinction, in 1981. Before joining Bradley & Riley
PC in 1983, he clerked for the Honorable Harold D. Vietor, United
States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. |

Mr. Spina is licensed
to practice in the Iowa State Courts, the United States District
Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa and the
United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. |

Memberships and Positions: |
Mr. Spina is a member
of the American Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association and
the Linn County Bar Association. He currently is a member of the Forum
on Affordable Housing and National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr.
Spina is a contributing author to Legal Guide for Iowa Nonprofits,
Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center, University of Iowa College of Law.

Mr. Spina is a board member of Trees Forever and the Housing Fund for Linn County . He is a past board member and current committee member of the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library. Mr. Spina is also a past board member and past president of the Ecumenical Community Center Foundation. |
