Mr. Hart earned his bachelor's degree from Iowa State University in 1978 and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, with honors, in 1982. Before joining Bradley & Riley PC in 1990, Mr. Hart practiced and was a partner at the Houston law firm of Urban & Coolidge. |

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Trustees of Horizons, Inc., a member of the Board of Trustees of Young Parents Network, Inc. and is active at St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Mr. Hart is a graduate of the Leadership for Five Seasons Program and was awarded the Distinguished Leadership Award from the National Association for Community Leadership in 1997, the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Volunteer in 1998, and the 2003 Community Trustee Award from the Leadership for Five Seasons Program. |
