Litigation
The attorneys in our Litigation
practice group regularly represent clients in litigation
matters, including trials and appeals in state and federal
courts. We also handle alternative dispute resolution proceedings,
such as mediation and arbitration. Our trial attorneys have
represented clients ranging from individuals and sole proprietorships
to well-known regional companies and large publicly-held
corporations. Litigation services include long-term representation
of clients who have recurring litigation needs, as well
as representation of individuals or corporations on discrete
litigation projects.
When appropriate, we employ a team approach to most litigation
matters. Senior attorneys with substantial trial and case
management experience generally oversee each matter. Associate
attorneys and paralegals play significant roles and help
promote efficient and cost-effective representation.
Bradley & Riley invested early and continue to invest in technology
and training to ensure that our trial lawyers are able to
provide state-of-the-art advocacy to our clients in an efficient
and cost-effective manner. In addition to hardware such
as high-speed scanners to create digital images for courtroom
presentations, our attorneys regularly and effectively use
software to provide real-time transcription technology at
depositions and trials, Summation® software to manage
documentary and testimonial evidence, CaseMap® software
to prepare cases for trial, and PowerPoint®, TimeMap®
and TrialDirector® software to provide multi-media advocacy
in mediations, arbitrations and trials.
