Mr. Carstens earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1987 and his master's degree from The American University in 1994. In 1998, Mr. Carstens received his law degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa, where he also served as a Note & Comment Editor on the Iowa Law Review. Before joining Bradley & Riley PC, Mr. Carstens practiced with Dickinson Wright PLLC in Detroit, Michigan. |
